bullet No Elevators. Most rooms require one to two flights of stairs.
bullet Deposit equal to one night's accommodations plus tax is required for confirmed reservation. Deposits must be received by us within 5 days after making a reservation, or your reservation will be cancelled. Deposit will be forfeited if you arrive after the specified date or depart before the final day of your reservation.
bullet Deposit will be returned less a $20 reservation fee if cancellation is made ten or more days prior to arrival. Reservations cannot be shortened after arrival. No shows will be charged for entire length of stay (as we have to continue to hold that room for you).
bullet All guests must arrive by 10:00 PM or special arrangements must be made prior to arrival date.
bullet Parking is for one space per room. Small to Mid-Size cars recommended as parking spaces are tight. Warning: 7'-3" Max Height Clearance in parking garage. Small to Mid-size Cars recommended.
